returns and exchanges
We guarantee that our merchandise will be free of manufacturing defects, and we will gladly accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Please check your package for damage or defects as soon as it arrives, and e-mail help_portsouthern.com with any questions or concerns.
Returns
In order to return an item you purchased through our online store, please send the item back to Port Southern within 30 days of Internet purchase. Returns will be accepted for products that are not damaged, washed or visibly worn. For a refund, email us at help_portsouthern.com for gained information.
The refund will be made in the original form of payment. If an item is not returned within 30 days of Internet purchase, online credit will be given to exchange for other Port Southern products, excluding shipping and sales tax charges.
Exchanges
