Returns and Exchanges

Port Southern wants to ensure that all of our customers are pleased with their purchases. Because of this, we want to ensure a hassle free experience for all of our customers. All returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged when returned.

All returned/exchanged merchandise is examined upon receipt. All merchandise failing to meet the above standards will be returned to you with an explanation.  Reasons for denied returns/exchanges are but not limited to: wear and/or damage to any products. All products must be able to be reasonably refurbished in potential resale condition.

Mailing back returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Returned items will be charged a minimal handling fee, which is in place to offset warehouse costs. Like returns, exchanges will also incur a handling fee. There will also be an additional shipping fee to cover the shipping costs of the new product(s) sent.

We recommend tracking your returns.  We are not responsible for lost packages that are not tracked.  Kindly allow up to 10 business days from the date the return is received at our shop to process your credit.
